Agreement
By browsing gymorcastore.com or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. GymOrca may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
Products
GymOrca sells print-on-demand apparel and accessories. Designs, colors, and sizes available on each product page are subject to change. Product images are for illustration; slight variation in print placement or color can occur with on-demand production — that is normal for this category.
All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.
Orders and payment
Checkout is processed by Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total shown at checkout, including applicable tax and shipping calculated by Stripe. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and contact email.
An order is confirmed when payment succeeds. You will receive a receipt from Stripe at the email address provided during checkout.
Shipping and fulfillment
Orders are produced and shipped by Printful, our fulfillment partner. After payment, production typically begins within a few business days. Delivery times depend on product type, destination, and carrier — most U.S. orders arrive within roughly 5–10 business days after production, but this is an estimate, not a guarantee.
You are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or address errors that delay or prevent delivery. Tracking information, when available, is sent via email after shipment.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges
Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selected at checkout, or color preference.
We will replace or refund orders that arrive damaged, misprinted, or materially defective, or if we shipped the wrong item. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
If a package is lost in transit after shipment, contact us and we will work with the carrier and Printful on a case-by-case basis.
Limitations
GymOrca provides the site and products "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or delayed fulfillment beyond our reasonable control (including carrier or supplier delays).
Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
